Nishshanka Wijerathne Bandara
Nishshanka currently holds the position of General Manager at Transnational Security Solutions Lanka and has accumulated over 21 years of work experience, with 16 years at the senior management level. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of West London in September 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Public Management, Special Degree, from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in December 2004. Additionally, he is a fellow member of CA Sri Lanka and the Institute of Finance Managers UK, holding several distinguished accounting qualifications. In February 2019, he earned a diploma in Security Management from Securitas AB, Sweden. Furthermore, he is a Certified Forensic Investigator.

Priyankara Jayakody
Wing Commander (Rtd) Priyankara Jayakody is the Head of Facilities Protection at Transnational Security Solutions Lanka bringing nearly 22 years of distinguished service from the Sri Lanka Air Force where he retired as a Wing Commander.
His career includes expertise in security operations training and management including leadership roles such as Commanding Officer Senior Instructor and Senior Staff Officer. He played a key role in the transformation of civilians into military personnel leading the training of all officers enlisted into the Air Force ensuring their conversions from civilian life to military discipline was aligned with the highest standards of military conduct.
Priyankara is currently pursuing an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University UK.
He holds a Master’s in Defence and Strategic Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Defense Management from Kothalawala Defence University Sri Lanka.
In 2018 he completed the prestigious staff course (psc) the highest military academic qualification for middle management officers further enhancing his leadership capabilities.
As a certified trainer with a National Diploma in Training and Human Resource Development Priyankara is recognized for his public speaking etiquette training and corporate leadership development programs.
He is also a prestigious alumnus of the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in Honolulu Hawaii United States of America (USA).

Focused on maintaining the required security standards and compliance, he ensures the effectiveness of operational risk programs in the firm’s business units and client profiles. He boasts an exceptional 31-year decorated service in the Sri Lanka Police and has directorial leadership experience in the State Intelligence Service (SIS) with a focus on Foreign Liaison and Counter-Terrorism. Additionally, he holds several professional certifications and diplomas related to security and compliance obtained from international certification bodies.
